My name is Tim Greene and I am the owner of Land & Mineral Management of Appalachia, LLC. (LMMA), an oil & gas industry coaching and consulting services firm serving land and mineral owners throughout Appalachia and beyond. I’ve been in the oil and gas industry for over 30 years, having worked for the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Services, Weavertown Environmental Group and Gaddy Engineering. After leaving Gaddy in 2010, I launched LMMA to ensure that land and mineral owners have a strong, knowledgeable advocate who will vigorously represent them to protect their rights and interests.
I’m originally from Charleston, West Virginia and have lived and worked in the Mountain State my entire life, with the exception of the 4 years I proudly spent serving our country in the United States Air Force. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia State University and I’m a graduate of the leadership development program, Leadership Charleston. In addition, I hold a West Virginia Real Estate sales license and I want to get my pilot’s license one day, even though I once crashed a small plane and lived to tell the tale. I have two children, a 26-year-old daughter and a 29-year-old son, and when I’m not working with mineral or surface owners, I enjoy travelling, golf and learning new things. I live, work and play by the motto “no excuses, no regrets”, and my friends, family and clients can absolutely attest to this.
If you are a mineral or surface owner and have questions or concerns you’d like to discuss, it would be my pleasure to talk with you to see if we may be able to help. Contact me today to schedule a free consultation using the contact information listed below. I look forward to talking with you soon.
